International's new concept vehicle. the D Maxx.
Before I married my wife she had bought a 46 or 47 International pick up, she asked if I wanted it I said no, she sold it for $40. If I had bought it she probably wouldn’t complain about my junk today, I could lay the blame on her for getting me started. At the time I was more into Chevy’s and Fords. Now any old car or truck is fine.Quote:

My father in law used to have a real nice 39 International PU. It was all original and was fun to drive and take to shows. He ended up selling it to a guy from Wisconsin who was looking for a parade truck. It would have been very nice rodded, but being what it was, I was glad to see that it was maintained as a antique.
'39 was a great year for IH. They used the D cab into the 40's on the larger trucks. The K5 was originally a 2 ton.
Vietnam era, 1973 Loadstar 1700. Has the 60s cab with a full tilt fiberglass front end. Gas powered sv392, 5/2 and juice brakes. :D
