Looks great Seth. Keep up the good work.
The tire chatter above is a lot like trying to reach the fuse box under the dash.. they seem to move further away each year that goes by! LOL..

That looks great Seth.
As long as you have the green and yellow now would be a good time to do that old G.:LOL:
.
I actually sold the G to a retired farmer by me and this is what it looks like now. It couldn't have gone to a better home, he has other restored tractors and he keeps them under a cover and won't even drive them down a gravel road. He also got the manual you gave me, I wasn't going to give it to him but this guy was an OCD fussy type of guy so I knew it would get taken care of there. I hope you don't mind.
We have the style your speaking of at work and they work good for truck tires. The problem with tractor tires is the rear wheels can be dished it or out and have 1000lbs of weight on either side so there really isn't one thing that would work for all. We usually use a forklift and tip the tire against the mast or chain it to it depending on which way the wheel is going to fall.
No problem Seth.....sounds like the tractor and manula wnet to the right place.
.
Well, I have it pretty much done, I need to repaint the exhaust pipe and I think I'll be finished with it. Now I need to decide if I feel like tackling a IH 1086 that a family wants to be repainted. The IH would be more work as there is some rust holes that need to be dealt with and generally in worse condition. It was their dads first brand new tractor and they want it to be like new again.
As my in law would say
Kewl man.
Good work Seth. And thanks for making time for pics so we could "share the ride"...
It looks great! I say do the IH because then you will have less time to be thinking about your own projects. I mean you will have more money to buy more projects.
