Started on the rust repair at the bottom of the drivers door. Made up a template and transferred it to metal. Still rough, but getting there.

Started on the inner door replacement sheet metal. Cut out the old and shaped a new piece with a piece of threaded rod and flat stock

Every thing welded in. Just need a skim coat of body filler on the outside
