    That's a body plate. Model 392 = C39 =Chrysler New Yorker, Body 5 = Sedan, Paint - Newport Blue. Is Trim 19 or 9? Look for a VIN plate on front door hinge post. It should have a serial number, which will tell a lot. Serial numbers for that car should be from 7037249 to 7062597. Can you find an engine number?
