Looks like things are finally fitting together correctly, sure does take awhile when you have to overcome someone else's 'past experiences' doesn't it????

Thanks for the reply! AH, I didn't know about the sway bar! "Hard Mounts" I tried 'em once and found it harsh. Hope yours work out to your satisfaction!

yeah Dave you said it, i think i spent as much, if not more time undoing mistakes than i did just enjoying the building process lol! oh well at least it's done right now. still got some stuff that will entail digging gravel out of my but this afternoon but at least the drive train will be squared.

34/40 its just been my experience that when stepping up in HP under the hood, the soft mounts allow just too much vibration for my liking, but i guess every vehicle is different, wouldn't take much to modify the block pads again to accept soft mounts if it rattles too much. guess i haven't gotten to the moment of truth just yet.

I understand. I just found solids mounts to be harsh at the time. Just personal preference is all. It certainly looks 100 per cent better!

appreciate the feedback as this is a pretty extensive build so far, mostly from undoing the stuff messed up, but it feels really good to get back into building full time again with complete projects and not just refurbishing parts.
