Oh wait, I just noticed I did not finish my earlier sentence!! It should have read, "...provided you can see the column and wheel past the glare of that bright white fiberglass Willy's body." Is that better?? It should have read, "...provided you can see the column and wheel past the glare of that bright white fiberglass Willy's body." Is that better?? Roger

I bit the bullet last night and decided to go with the 3.3/8" Quad gauges, The 5" were just to big to fit.

Also drilled some holes for warning lights, I've had these lights for about 25 years after i took them out of a scrap airplane, they are all stainless construction and real nice, haven't used them as they are a bit bigger than normal ones, I think they look ok in this dash though.

I love using different looking things like those lights. So much cooler than 1-800 versions. Do you have a target date yet in mind for getting your gasser running? It looks like you are moving along quite well.

Yeah as you know Don i prefer made over bought, it gives the car an air of personality i reckon.
I may be asking a lot of myself but would like to get it fired for our Hotrod drags in September, I'm not sure i can make it though as i have purchased a performance enhancer which is still in California at the moment Its aweful lonesome in the saddle since my horse died.
