Just got in some parts from these guys--first rate stuff!!! They do custom built headers and sell components in stainless and mild steel.
Thought I'd post a link if anyone is interested.

I use them some also
I have had several sets of stainless flanges made by them---I get header gaskets from Schoenfeld and them ship them up there where they have the lazor cutter digitized and I get a 3/8 thick flange that is super nice
Also there prices for bends are about 1/2 of what others want
Dave, thanks for the link this is one of the things on my list to get info on this week.
In California, try Cone Engineering at www.coneeng.com 800=795=5535
in Los Alamitoes
I keep looking at the merge collectors---curious if anyone has any dyno numbers on how much of an improvement they really offer over a plain old collector tuned to the correct length?????
I have they're stainless headers on my cobra. Great people to work with and quality work too. Thats my black cobra in their customer gallery. Russ
Dave,
Are you making your own from their pieces, or are you using their custom mockup kit and having them make the headers? The mockup kit looks kewl, to steal your word:cool:
I'm building my own, Rog. The mock-up is neat, huh??? I've used the same method with just PVC tubing for years on some of the more intricate tubes, but their joint system sure would serve to simplify things when building headers and exhaust!!!
i never used any thing other then the real tube bends . so you know what you can get in the header build and make the bends you have to fit the headers you build .it looks ok if you can get the bends to match you mock up
Nice link Dave. I like the scrolling pics of you design we build. Very cool mockups.
