| Our truck is a 1935 GMC Mapleleaf 1 1/2 ton grain truck given to me from my grandparents who bought it brand new in 35. With help from many, it has been stretched 27", chopped 4", and sectioned 3". It has numerous body modifications and additions with suicide doors, 3 piece hood, custom running boards ending up at a custom built tilting bed. It rolls with a 4 wheel independent air ride suspension. A Chrysler 300 sunroof has been installed to help with viewing traffic lights and numerous modern amenities are going to be installed like AC, stereo, rear view mirror with garage door openers, direction and temp indicators, etc. hope to have it on the road this spring. |
