Look for a 93 -95 F-150 Lightning engine. The heads are for the 351 are GT-40 and the upper and lower intake are for the GT-40 also they are totally different from stock 351 302 stuff. The cam on the other hand I would look for the same one for the lightning or go with a motorsport b-303 or e-303. I have a stock 93 Cobra cam and a B-303 cam both are used. You can use either of they in your motor with good bottom end and power with out changing the intake. If you get a new head and intake you will have to go up or injectors to 24lbs or so. The lighning runs all of this. You can also bump your timing up to 12 or 14 degrees no more than that then put your TPS sensor voltage up to .90 to .95 that will help on the pick up of the motor. I have a 93 Lighning the I dirve all the time it gets close to 16 mpg on the hwy and 12 or so in town 4.11 gears are the reason. The truck ran a 13.5 1/4 with nothing more than a straight pipe exhaust with cats.
