Thanks a lot for the reply Guys. It looks like I might be playing it safe and taking everything to the machine shop and having them do the work. Perhaps before picking up those windor jr heads I should go see Jamie at the local machine shop in case he would think of something different to do.
What do you feel about the engine as far as power is concerned Richard? Will it be a good strong engine for the street?
I won't be driving the truck that much but when I do it has to be something out of the ordinary as far as being quick. If that can't be achieved with the 302 then I might as well repower it with Chevy power where I kind of have a clue as to what I am doing.
