CAT brand crank for SBF

I have a crank I bought 6-7 years ago for a SBF I was working on, I got it off of E-Bay for $100. The box just has CAT on the side, Its a 3.250 stroke crank [it's cast], any body ever heard of them?

I've heard of them---one of our previous cuctomers used to buy that stuff cheap and bring it to us for builds-----they occupy the highest level on my junkshit list---I won't use it anymore
