The top pics looks like it's a 80's motor.. brackets and the tensioner I think give it away. The lower pic is not a cleveland, wrong valve covers and intake. If you can get'em for 100 bucks each, you should be able to flip'em pretty easy and at least double (triple?) your money if you've got the time and patience! imho! LOL...
