Does anyone know a good website that shows how to rebuild a 302W. After one with good pictures and detail.
Go to a public library or purchase one of these two books:
How to rebuild small-block Ford engines by Tom Monroe
or
How to build max performance Ford v8's on a budget by George Reid
They are good resources. Price everything out before you build though and compare to a good manufacturer of crate short/long blocks.
