The transmission will bolt up to a 302 as it it shares the same bolt pattern, but I don't know if you will be able to "drop" it into your fastback. Engine parts will not interchange. The rear axle is probably a 9", not sure if it will bolt up. For $800, I would get it and I bet you could part out the rest on ebay and make all your money back and then some
I would be interested in the engine and tranny, but I have not a clue how I would get it up to Idaho.
