Google is a wonderful thing. Try typing in 302 Ford Torque Specs and hit GO
if you still need torque specs as of tomarrow.... then i will gladly give you a whole torque sheet.... but as of now i've done too much drinking to be searching the book shelf
thesals: Thanks. I am in no hurry. I will probably retorque everything this next weekend. I am finishing up my mustang II suspnsion this week. I have some touch-up welding to do, and install the a-arms. next is motor mounts. I want to check everything one last time before I put the pan on. Thanks.
Ya know, I posted the Google comment for a reason. The 302 Ford spec is the first site that pops up, and I didn't feel I should have to cut and paste it for you.

I apologize for offending you by not responding to the google suggestion. I do not need you to cut and paste anything for me. I have done internet searches in the past for various info and recieved conflicting info. Once again I did not intend to be offensive. I just wanted a source I was comfortable with.
a good referance for you would be this book then, very reliable and will always help with working on your ford motor.. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/091...Fencoding=UTF8
this book has always been what i look to when i build my motors, very useful info for everything you could possibly do on a rebuild, and it gives you shortcuts and tricks for when you might not have the expensive tools to do certain jobs
Thanks for the info on the book. I will stop at my local hastings to see if they have it. Sounds like a good thing to have on hand.
