    5.0 Throttle Body upgrade

     



    Looking for info on Throttle Body upgrade options.

    1990 LX 5.0 HO
    Installed now:
    BBK Cold Air intake
    BBK Shory Headers
    BBK H Pipe
    Flow Master 5 series mufflers
    Flex A Lite electric fan
    MSD 6ALN ignition Box
    Stock injectors
    Stock Fuel pump
    Stock Fuel rails
    Stock CPU


    Looking to push the HP a bit without a big disasembly of the intake.

    I have heard horror stories of adding a larger Thottle body and screwing up performance with out adding other parts.

    Just want to poll the list for the best idea on how to proceed.

    Check out the latest issue of Hot Rod. They have a great story on an efi junkyard build. Should help you out.

    Looking at your mods a bigger throttle body won't help you much in my opinion.
