First make sure its engine oil, not a ruptured trans oil cooler. If it's a head gasket, it's a fairly straightforward job. Even cracked heads are no more work, just more fun tickets down the tube. Of course, if the gaskets went because you cooked it, or it cooked after they went, you might be wasting your time.
