Ken, if you notice the picture I showed him, it has a PCV in the valve cover, which would give the crankcase a negative pressure.
ps: Sorry Ken, I was really tired yesterday. I reread things this morning, and yes, you are correct on the closed breather where the PCV sets. That link I showed him, also has them listed there if he doesn't have one already. Or, he can use a twist in there to hold the PCV.

I was referring to the oil filler tube in the first picture.
