If it's a real side oiler with tunnel port heads, then the seller can pretty much ask what he wants for the engine and wait for the right buyer to step up!!!! Whether or not it came from Holman Moody doesn't mean much unless the seller had a ton of documentation with the history of the engine, what it was in, the build specs for the engine, etc. I've only seen one genuine Holman-Moody built engine, it had a serial number on the block and most of the other parts, along with the blueprint sheet from the original build. Without anything like that, the Holman Moody story doesn't do anything for the value....

If it's a complete side oiler with tunnel port heads in running condition, IMO $10K would be a bargain!!!!!
