That block you have is great for a 4.5 stroke crank ,it has longer bores than the older blocks.A stroker crank bolts right into these ford blocks ,no clearancing required.
The cheapest route is a carb ,but fuel injection is possible ,it just costs more ,depends on your budgett and what you want the motor to do.

I believe those heads are fuel injected heads ,they will bolt on ,but then you have to use the fuel injected manifold,no aftermarkett carbed manifold for those heads ,which limits you to fuel injection or a adapter plate on that manifold for a carb.

It`s even possible to make the ford smallblock fuel injection stuff work on these engines ,it just requires custom computer tunning.
