Squirt some oil in those cylinders and recheck your compression. If it goes up, rings. If it doesn't change, probably heads (valves, gasket, etc.)

Could be that your valves have tuliped, and are sitting off the seats. We've gone to SS valves across the board at work when doing a revalve job. A lean condition, high heat, and wrong timing can take valves out pretty fast.
