Idle speed, if it's an automatic would be around 800 rpm. Best to set the idle mixture screws using a vacuum gauge, go for the max vacuum, then reset the idle speed to around 800. Choke should be adjusted so the spring tension is just enough to hold it shut when the engine is cold, and ensure it goes fully open when the engine is warm. Hope this helps.
