1968 Mustang S-code engine numbers
Where can I find the VIN on the engine of an S-code '68 mustang so that I can verify it is a numbers matching car?

Well it's on the rear of the block. There is a small flat square area right below the left (dr side) head where it should be. If this is a big buck purchase as most are nowdays I'd suggest a Kevin Marti report. This site might offer some help also www.scodemustang.com
