Yes, a FE and 385 series motors have the same pattern.
The ONLY difference is the 428 FE needs to be re-balanced to fit a zero flywheel. The 428 has it's own offset weight.
You have no worries though with your set up.'64 Galaxie: Blown 390/4 spd
