Wish Ford would bring back the CJ finned valve covers.. talk about expensive. pair doesn't end under $600 on Ebay... I was hoping that I could snatch a pair of the M/T's cheap when I was going to run the 460. Now that I'v decided to switch to a 300 I6, I knew Clifford Performance had a very nice Finned valve cover for them. had being the key word. found out they have been discontinued since 2010... I don't like branded covers ither, but 429/460's just dont have a lot of choices. I figured I was going to settle for a set of early "Power By Ford" valve covers. I'll probably have to do that with the 6 as it isYou don't know what you've got til it's gone

Holley isnt going to make the 429 Ford M/T covers until they see how the BBC and SBC covers sell
they aren't selling a lot, probably because you can still get a nice used set of M/T's for $50
429 M/T covers run around 100-200 depending on condition,Holley covers a little less.
Cobra Valley makes a badass valve cover for 429 Ford engines
they want $699 for a polished set or $419 unpolished
i charge $150 to polish sand cast valve covers,so i save folks money
