    460 help

I have a 1976 f-150. With what I think is a 460 but I can't tell. I ned to rebuild it but I looks like it has 351 clevend valve covers on it so I don't know if it is a 460 or a 351. What is the easyist way to tell. And any suggestons on building the motor when I get ready to. I have built a big block befor. So I am nit really sure were to start to squease some more power out of the motor.

On both heads, just below the valve cover flange and halfway back on the heads is a casting number. Clean some of the crud off there with a toothbrush and some solvent and read that number to us.

threads should have a life span .. iv`e always thought that .. 90 days is plenty .. if no activity is taking place it should go away .. people dont use the search mode and some forums dont even have it turned on ..
