Someone once told me that the stock intakes for the 429's were almost as good as aftermarket alum. intakes. Is this true? The weight of the motor is a slight factor in this project. I'm putting a 429 in a 1970 mustang. How much weight would I be saving with an alum. intake? Also, what would the tourqe specs be? Thanks a bunch.
