It has to be a Lincoln V12.
Merc never made them.
Be a major struggle to get it to fit in your '37.
Does it come with the box?
I think they were only about 125hp. You can get some speed parts for them but very pricey. But for a visual effect they can't be beat!

All sorts of applications. Sweet talk Mr. Thurm into casting an extra set of "Ardun" (or should that be Thurmdun?) heads.
Man thats a stretch, I`d have to be seven foot tall to ride it.
if you`ve the bucks to spare go for it .. even if you just keep it for garage clutter .. i wish i had bought a 409 chevy and a 392 hemi engine a few years back ..
guy at work had a whole car including the v12 in a 48 Lincoln.
couldn't find a buyer- it was his mom's.
certainly it's in a junkyard nearby here now.
I sold 3 1947 Lincolns this year each with a V12 in them.
Go to Yahoo and punched in (sounds of V-12 Flathead engines) and theyshow some that are running.
If you do, and need these let me know! Lincoln V12 finned heads or smooth.
Theres only one Source for the heads and Intake
