Simeone Automotive Museum 5th Year Birthday Party & Demo Day
I think my fellow CHR buds would probably enjoy seeing these cars, especially knowing that they're still driven regularly, and sometimes driven hard.
I posted about it on the other traditional site but would love you guys to also know about this place, so here it is:
I love the Simeone Automotive Museum located here in Philadelphia and this past Saturday was its 5th year birthday party. Simeone Automotive Museum | One of the greatest collections of racing sports cars in the world.
These are not my photos, I believe they are all by Andrew Taylor, as found on the museum's Facebook page, which I think many here would miss so I'm posting them here for broader enjoyment.
All museums should roll out their cars and blast around in them like this. I cut and pasted a couple of captions for the photos below but it will take someone a lot more familiar with these cars than me to identify each of them.
Here is the cake celebrating the 5th anniversary of the museum opening that was served to everyone who attended Saturday's Demo Day. It was delicious and went in minutes! We let Kevin eat part of the Alfa.

“American Playboy” Demo Day
Certain cars have so much style that they make anyone stand out from the crowd.
Four cars were examined from the Golden Age of American Sporting Cars regarding what made them distinctive.
The four cars were the 1915 Packard Gentleman’s Roadster, 1926 Kissel 8-75, 1929 DuPont 2-passenger Speedster, and the 1928 Auburn 8-88.
