I have a 82 chevy with a 350 that has hedders, mild cam, stock heads, edelbrock rpm air gap. i just bought the holley 3310 wich is a 750 cfm the stock jets are 72's. i live at 4400 feet above see level and i was wondering if i could get some jet preference and tuning tips. thanks
heyo steveo, my guess is that you need to install 66-68 jets up front. What you do is start with 66 size. Warm it up and drive highway speeds. Then try and accelerate slowly and see if it lays down. If it stumbles, you need to either go another size bigger, install a bigger accelerator cam or squitter nozzle size.
If you check your spark plug color, and if the color is on the dark side, you need to go smaller jets.

Is there anything else that could cause it to stumble? I have 67 jets and it stumbles.
if your cruising along at 30 mph and ponch it and its falls on its face , your secondary butterflies are opening to soon or its to much carb.:D
Actually, a 750cfm carb is probably just right for that engine. I have a 318 in my '72 Charger and the most gas it can use before spitting out raw gas in 600cfm. There is some kind of mathematical equation you can use to figure out exactly how much gas your engine can hold at a time but I don't remember it. If the 750 is too big, which I doubt, then just take it back and swap for 700cfm unless you plan to bore the engine.
