Here is what i have..69 307 (original motor to my truck)..bored .30 over,flat top 4 valve relief pistons,447/447 cam,edelbrock dual plane 4bbl intake w/600cfm edelbrock carb,heads are cast iron with 194/150 intake and exaust valves not ported or polished.Went with HEI Accell distributer vs points. And hedders finish it off...
First i want to know what the timing should be set at,and if it is different with the HEI than the points,then i would like to get an idea of what HP would be with the mods i have made,assuming the stock 307 was about 225HP..Any help is appreciated..
