I assume you mean at idle, so adjusting your idle jets as noted may be all you need. One of these times when you're out driving, all warmed up put your foot into it and let it pull up toward your redline a few times - doesn't need to be in high gear, just run it through the power band a few times. As soon as you can pull a plug or two and look at your ground electrode and end of the plug for color and/or deposits.
