Are you sure you set the rockers correctly? Are the wires in proper firing order? 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2? Looking at the top of the distributor, reconcile the order clockwise. Try advancing the timing by turning distributor another 1/4-1/2 inch counter clockwise.Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
