working on a stroked 351w . it has the comp cam mutherthumper cam in it, edelbrock heads, victor intake, roller rockers,and msd ignition. here is the problem.... when it is up to operating temp, and you shut it off, it wants to hard start, like the battery is really weak. it does have a dual electric fan on it. could it be drawing too much voltage from the battery, or am i looking in the wrong direction. it is timed 14 degrees initial, is that too much, or not enough? i had it at 8 degrees, but it was slow to respond, and didnt seem to have much power.all internals are new, but it also has low idle vacuum (8 inches)i have never had any trouble setting up fresh engines, but this one is really giving it to me... help please!!
