This is my first try with alcohol so my knowledge is limited, but the return line back to the surge tank is located on the top, it comes out the side of the barrel valve. I'm not sure about the regulator but the pressure to the regulator is about 8, it then goes to the belt drive pump before it goes into the barrel valve port. Thanks
