First, I believe that you are over carbed. IMHO you don't have enough cam and cubic inches to support a 750. If the stock 72 jets are in the carb I'd drop them to 64's and go from there. What you need is a book such as the one below which will take you step by step on how to tune a Holley.Ken Thomas

Sprayed the cab, it's a long story, I had to re shoot it. Color sanding and buffing it now.
