Fuel pressure regulators
Quick one hope you guys can help... I recently purchased a fuel pressure regulator to suit a carburetted SBC, The item that arrived is one with a boost reference port on it... Am i still able to use this item considering the motor has no forced induction or do i have to purchase a normal model?

If that port is left open to the atmosphere, it should work fine. Maybe put a plug in it with a small drilled hole through the plug.

Sounds like a Mallory.
Hook it up to manifold vacuum.
Mine works fine that way and the fuel pressure gauge shows a very slight increase at full throttle.C9
