Problem with engine backfiring
wHEN I GIVE MY ENGINE A LITTLE THROTTLE IT WILL BACKFIRE AND I LEFT OFF THE GAS THEN IT WILL REV UP REAL HIGH UNTIL I HIT THE GAS AGAIN.. tHE FLAP ON THE TOP OF MY CARB IS NOT CLOSING WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON ANY HELP PLEASE LOL.

Hey guys im back on after a while.. wel i went out and messed with my truck got the carb problem fixed but it still stumbles and backfires when i just stomp on the gas.. i cannot figure this out at all.

Sometime distribitor have too much advance travel will cause back fire.

cmon denny we're not interogating the poor guy
just because your car is faster, doesn't mean i cant outdrive you... give me a curvy mountain road and i'll beat you any day
