wanting some easy hp upgrades.

hello, i have a 1997 chevy cavalier and it has a K&N air filter, headers, and nos. i need some more horsepower from my engine. I dont know if a turbo is the way to go and if it is worth all the money or to just buy some chip upgrades and spark plug wires exc. Thanks in advance-Mitch.

Look for improveing what you have .There are ways to increase hp ,lower E.T. ,and go faster.Don't forget about brakes what ever you do.

Is '97 new enough to be one of the Eco-Tech engines? If so, there are some nice pieces out for them, I believe even some in GM Performance Parts. Friend of my son's has one in his (Cobalt, I think), runs strong. Decent performance and still good mileage, just what a college kid needs!!!!
