Hey all im a newb to the site and got a question regarding my 650 speed demon zz4 carb.

has anyone experienced a small amout of gas coming from the full manifold port on the carb? not pouring out but enough that when i take the vaccum cap off it's wet

the carb was bought brand new and never opened.
