Thanks Denny and Thanks Philthy for the info.
But now i have to decide if it is worth the extra money.
Seems i can get a stock one for about $100 or the Mallory for about $200.(S/H included)
No ballast resistor? You sure?Just run a 12ga. wire straight from the ignition switch to the + coil?Not doubting you,its just i have read it in a couple articles its the thing to do.
