I have a 350 bored .030 over, edelbrock performer intake, comp cam with a .49 lift, msd 6al ignition with a 55,000 volt coil. My uncle just gave me a edelbrock thunderseries 750 carb, i have a 650 on my car, i dont know wether to keep or to switch. Too much Carb or no?

As Denny W. noted the 750 will give you more top end power. However I think you will also see a decrease in throttle responce with the bigger carb. Also with the 750 you you will be dealing with mechanical secondaries witch also has an effect on street drivabilities.I would give it a shot anyways,You might like it.

If you take it to 6500 than Id say you could use a little more than what you have, personally Id use a 670 Holley Street Avenger. You could also install a 1" open spacer under the carb to increase plenum volume , has simialer effect to installing a slightly larger carb(doesnt always work that way though ). personally I think 750 is a bit much.
