#3 or #4 rod bearing. Probably what happened is your bearing started to go, puhing the worn piston out of alignment, causing a compresson drop. Then the bearing goes a bit more, ect. You should definatly get it fixed. Some motors drive for hundreds of miles with knocks, but their unsavable when they stop. Not Worth The Risk
