Thread: Nitrous on stock bottom end?????

I was just wondering what stories people had on running nitrous on a stock bottom end, and what is the biggest shot people have ran without problems.

On a stock V8 in GOOD shape, limit yourself to a 100-125 shot

it depends on the engine, stocK302 Fords from the mid 80s- mid 90s could take a pretty good hit without problems. Storey in this monthes carcraft claims hes sprayin 2 stage on his stock bottom 500" Caddy, 200 shot first, than 275 shot., so it depends on the condition, the tune up, & than the strength of the engine
