Lift and Duration

I was wondering if anyone could help me on lift and duration for a 3/4 racing cam supposably the auto parts have changed it from 3/4 to lift and duration so if anyone could help that would be good

The reason you got a Huh! is that there's no way to answer a question that provides no information. Think about it. It's kinda like "Hey! I need to get to town . . . which way do I go?" Well, it depends on where you are, which town you want to go to, and how you intend to get there. Get my drift?

Call a cam maker/distributor - Comp Cams, Crane or Summit Racing, tell them what your application is, and what results you want. They will specify a cam. Bear in mind, however, that engines are a system. A new cam isn't a fix-all. If you change your cam, you need to tend to carburation, timing and exhaust.

By the way, the old terms of 3/4 race, full race, etc., are pretty much obsolete. They're too general, and don't tell you much.

Mopar Performance "Purple Shaft Cams" are probally what you are refering to . They are excellent in a high perf. R.B. . If you keep your Adv. Duration below 285 it should be streetable. Part # 312-P4120235 from Jeg's is considered a 3/4 cam profile is 284/284,.484/.484 it should provide descent power.But in the end it,s you that has to decide what you want your motor to do Low torque or high end horsepower or somewhere in between.
