I'll toss in that the "Wow Factor" of a Coyote in there when you pop the hood will be HUGE. You've said you want EFI and a TREMEC T56 on a 351/stroker, so going Old School doesn't seem to be your priority. The reliability of a pull out 'Yote is going to be there, too, and with some custom ECU tuning you'll have plenty of HP and torque. One of my boys has two. His F150 is running a ProCharger plus tune for 700HP at the wheels. His race Mustang is also running a ProCharger, plus aftermarket fuel system and tune for E85 fuel - 900+ RWHP on it.
