I would guess that they mean it may have a taller deck height-------10.2 inches veres 9.8 inch----------they are great engines and I've used them many times in pro stock type aplications and turned them up tp 10,200 rpm-------By popular opinions-just a grumpy old man key board bully--But really, if you are going to ask for help on an internet site, at least answer questions about what you are asking about-----
