Hi. I'm planning on building a 383 stroker and I'm looking for a cheap 350 block to use. I know of a 1979 350 4 bolt main for sale but I also know that during this time I know that this was a very weak engine. If I'm just using the block and putting in a whole new rotating assembly bore etc will it give me same amount of power I'm looking for from a different year 350 with more stock hp?
