Summit racing and Jeggs
Come on guys no one can give me a link
What are you looking for? The internet can find a lot of different gaskets for your engine. Are you asking what some of these guys prefer brand wise or???

Welcome to CHR. Here ya' go, but not sure why you can't type in "engine gaskets", "chevrolet", "454" and "Mark IV" in the Summit search engine - http://www.summitracing.com/search/p...ull-gasket-set
The engine was virtually unchanged in configuration from 1970 until 1991, when the Gen V came on the scene. GM switched from "Mark" to "Gen" (Generation) because Ford had the rights to Mark V in all respects. Here's a pair of links to tell about your engine - Chevy 454 Specifications | eHow , and Chevrolet Big-Block engine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Not to be critical, but if you can't find a gasket set looking at Summit, Jegs or similar sites do you really want to be tearing into the engine yourself?
Ouch! :HMMM:
The reality is though, that some of us (myself included,) are pretty dumb when it comes to 'playing' with the finer points of computers.
If it's outside what little we know we don't know how to go about finding it.
I envy you (and others,) your skills and abilities with these damned machines; but I have neither the time nor inclination to improve my own skills.
Having said that; I would also like to say that it was good of you to post the links up for az4life09. You're a generous and helpful bloke.
:) :) :) :)
You don't need the internet.. Simply walk into any NAPA or AutoZone ( or local auto supply house) and say, what's the price and availability for ___ __ ___ ? (insert needed part)
I will sometimes check at 2 or 3 places just to compare... I rarely buy anything online. And I'm curious why anyone thinks "we" owe them a link?!?! This is a hobby, it's out of the kindness and willingness to help / share the knowledge etc. etc that questions receive answers.
No one "OWES" anyone anything in these settings. (stepping off the soapbox now..)
