it should run good with what you have now . there is alot that can be done to get abit more out of the 215 casting as to what you have now hate to put a number on it but with a nice valve job and a few other things i would think over 35 hp over that you have now if you have a good exhaust . that was the head to use back in the early 80s alot of flat top 454 had them heads on them that was the first thing we did
